The new MKJM board has made great strides with ensuring the correct Governance is in place in line with the Charities Commission guidelines. It is the aim of the Trustees of MKJM to ensure the following:
•Work for the members and general public to ensure a safe and respectful environment is provided to the advancement and practice of the Islamic faith.
•Work in accordance to the Constitution of MKJM
•Work in accordance to the guidelines provided by the charities commission.

The hard work and endeavour from all the MKJM trustees has enabled the team to put in place key processes and policies to ensure legal compliance and transparency for all the members of MKJM. The following policies have been developed and are available to all members upon request:

•Education Policy
•Equal Opportunities
•Grievance Policy
•Extremism Policy
•Masjid Booking form for events and Islamic activities
•Marriage booking form

All the policies are available to both masjids for anyone to check. Inshaallah all MKJM members are encouraged to seek out these policies and also reach out to any of the trustees if there are further questions.
